How can I pay for my order?

You may pay for our services using PayPal or with a valid credit or debit card. We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments through both PayPal and Stripe.

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that your donors information is safe and secure.

When will my order be shipped ?

Total turnaround time is about 5 to 7 business days from purchase to delivery for domestic orders.

*Note: All apparel is shipped directly from our manufacturer, so a separate shipping number will be sent upon successful processing and shipping of your apparel order. Please allow 7-12 business days for total turnaround (purchase to delivery).

What if the item that I want to order isn’t in stock?

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock of an item, you will be able to see this on the product page. We aim to restock certain out of stock pieces within a month.

Do you ship worldwide? How much is shipping?

At the moment, we are only shipping within the U.S. but are working on providing international shipping as soon as possible.

How do you ship?

Currently we ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail. First Class mail generally takes 2 to 4 days for delivery within the United States once goods are handed over to USPS.


Can I track my order?

Yes. Once you order/payment is processed and your item ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow the journey of your package.

What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?

If you haven’t received your package, but your tracking lists the package as delivered, you must contact your local post office for further assistance immediately. Once packages are handed off to USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of your goods.

Here at Vain Culture, all sales are FINAL. In saying this, please ensure that you order the correct color, size, etc items to avoid any potential issues regarding mistaken orders.

How should I care for my eyewear?

Our eyewear is crafted from carefully selected materials. To preserve them over time, please follow these recommendations: for daily cleaning, use the microfiber cloth provided with every purchase. If needed, take a damp cloth and a non-greasy brand of soap to wipe of . After rinsing, dry them with the microfiber cloth provided with every purchase. When you are not wearing them, store your sunglasses in an enclosed case to keep them from shocks, humidity, dust, and heat. Avoid ANY contact with alcohol and greasy or abrasive substances.
