All shipments are inspected and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you notice an issue with your shipment, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at email@example.com – please include your order number along with a picture of the problematic area/item via e-mail attachment. Quality products and excellent customer service are our top priorities and we will address and rectify the matter as best we can in a quick and efficient manner.
Once we ship an item, it is the responsibility of the United States Postal Service. In the case of lost or stolen items, please report the issue directly to USPS immediately.
All sunglasses are final sale. We do not accept returns on accessories or sale/marked down items (including items purchased during promotional sale periods such as “Black Friday”). Thank you for your understanding.
We do not accept returns, exchange requests or offer replacements for promotional gifts such as complimentary items included with orders. (e.g., Christmas sunnies, free gift with purchase, etc.)
