All shipments are inspected and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you notice an issue with your shipment, you MUST notify us within 24 hours of delivery at email@example.com Please include your order number along with a picture of the problematic area/item via e-mail attachment. Quality products and excellent customer service are our top priorities and we will address and rectify the matter as best we can in a quick and efficient manner.
Once we ship an item, it is the responsibility of the United States Postal Service. In the case of lost or stolen items, please report the issue directly to USPS immediately.
